• State Civil Aviation Authorities,
• ICAO Regional Offices,
• Intergovermental organisations,
• Regional State Safety Oversight Organisations, and
• Accident Investigation Boards.

If you are not part of any of these organisations, your request will be rejected. If you are not eligible, please contact your local civil aviation authority for further information or data requests.
