Description

This chart shows the relationship of each occurrence category with each other, based on data taken from the accident reports since 2005. It shows which occurrence categories are interrelated, based on the frequency it was reported together. For details concerning taxonomy used in this chart, please consult the Occurrence category taxonomy in the ADREP corner on SKYBRARY.

The graphics of the chart also portrays the data visually:

  • Color - the darker the color of the node, the more connections it has with other nodes. Gray nodes have no connections.
  • Size - the larger the node, the more accidents related to that category
  • Connector thickness - the thicker the connecting line, the stronger the connection

The nodes are movable by clicking on them and dragging them to the desired space. Nodes can also be deleted, or new nodes can be added.
