REGISTRATION
  

Registration to this symposium requires two steps:

   1.  ONLINE REGISTRATION

• This must be completed online by clicking on the link below. Due to the high number of expected attendees, early registration - ideally by June 30, 2011 will be appreciated.
• The applicable registration fees can be paid by major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)
• Make sure to review the list of Registration Fees, as well as the Privacy and Cancellation Policies before registering online.

   2.  ON-SITE REGISTRATION

• On-site registration, which takes only a couple of minutes, will be completed on the specific dates and time at the ICAO Headquarters
•  Please bring passport identification, proof of professional designation, and letter of nomination by State (if applicable).
• On-site registration will be available at the ICAO Headquarters as follows:

Applicable registration fees can be paid online by credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express) or in cash on site.

Two (2) free registrations per State are available. To receive registration confirmation, a letter of nomination by the State must be received by ICAO.  Please send letters of State-nomination either by email or by fax to the contact details below.	Free

Cancellation Policy

Registrants who are unable to attend the event will receive a refund (less 30% of the registration fee for administrative charge) on written cancellations received 14 calendar days prior to the event starting date. Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter. However, a substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant [or symposium materials will be sent in lieu of a refund after the event]. Please advise us of the substitute name in advance. Cancellations must be e-mailed to the attention of the Event Organizer at: GANIS@icao.int. The event reserves the right to cancel any programmes and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.

Personal Information

We will not collect, use or disclose personal information without your express consent, that may be given by you in writing, verbally, electronically. Please do not provide us with your personal information if you prefer that we do not collect, use or disclose your personal information. Collection of Personal Information

Your personal information is unknown to us unless you voluntarily submit it. When you register for one of our events or conferences, join our mailing lists or become our privileged customer, you may be asked for personal information such as name, telephone numbers, e-mail address, mailing address, security information (user name and password). You may also be asked additional marketing-related questions by completing questionnaires, surveys and profile data to help us better understand your needs and those of potential customers. You may also be requested to give your delivery and billing address, credit card number and expiration date when you place an order.

Limiting Collection, Use of Disclosure of Personal Information

We limit our collection of personal information to what is reasonable under the circumstances. Your data will only be used and disclosed for the purposes identified to you.

Retention of Personal Information

We keep your personal information as long as it is needed in order to fulfil the purposes to which you consented to and always for a reasonable period of time. We will make sure that your information is updated regularly, in order to maintain its accuracy and completeness.
