HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO ICAO DATA⁺

SUBSCRIPTIONS

The fastest way to subscribe to ICAO DATA⁺ is online at www2.icao.int/en/G-CAD. Alternatively, subscriptions can be made by e-mail, fax, telephone or mail. Please state the product number required, exact title of the module, and quantity required for each item or complete the provided Order Form. If you have previously placed an order with us, please include your customer number for faster service.

To avoid duplication, unnecessary delays and transaction costs, please submit your subscription only once, especially those placed by e-mail, fax or telephone. Inquiries on the status of an order should indicate date of order and mode of payment and be marked “This is an inquiry only. Please do not duplicate order”.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit card. Online orders can be paid using Visa or MasterCard. Orders made by e-mail, fax, telephone or mail can be paid using Visa, MasterCard or American Express, although conversion fees may be applied for payment by American Express. In all cases, please state the cardholder’s name, credit card number, expiry date and billing address.

Deposit account. To facilitate subscription to ICAO DATA⁺ modules, customers can establish a deposit account with a minimum initial deposit of U.S. $400. Customers are required to maintain sufficient funds to avoid delay in delivery of documents. Please contact our Customer Services Unit.

Cheque or money order. These should be made payable to International Civil Aviation Organization, in U.S. dollars, drawn on a bank located in Canada or the United States, and mailed to: International Civil Aviation Organization, Case Postale 11342, Succursale Centre Ville, Montréal, Québec, Canada H3C 5H1.

Bank transfer. Please provide your bank with the quotation number, customer number or subscription number whenever possible. Mail, fax or e-mail your order to ICAO (Attention: Customer Services Unit) and include a copy of the bank transfer details. A charge of U.S. $10 should be added to cover charges by ICAO’s bank. All bank charges must be prepaid, in U.S. dollars, into the following account:

CANCELLATION

Cancellations require prior written approval from ICAO and are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the cancelled subscription. It may take up to two months to receive a refund. The deadline to submit a request for a refund is one month after the date of purchase.
