REGISTRATION

Registration to this symposium requires two steps:

   1.  ONLINE REGISTRATION

    • This must be completed online by clicking on the link below.
    • Online registration closes at 12 midday, Friday 26th August 2011. After this time, full registration must be completed onsite.
    • Make sure to review our Privacy Policies before registering online.
    • There are no entrance or registration fees.

   2.  ON-SITE REGISTRATION

    • This must be completed at the ICAO Headquarters. This final part of the process will only take a couple of minutes 
    • On-site registration will be available at the ICAO Headquarters as follows:
Monday, 29 August from 13:00 – 17:00
Tuesday, 30 August from 07:00 – 9:00
Wednesday, 31 August from 13:00 - 17:00
Thursday, 1 September from 08:30 - 9:00
 
ICAO encourages all attendees to register as soon as possible after their arrival in Montreal.

We will not collect, use or disclose personal information without your express consent, that may be given by you in writing, verbally, electronically. The purpose for which your information is collected will be identified and your information will be used only for the purpose for which it is collected unless we further obtain your consent. If you choose not to provide us with any such information, it might prevent you from participating in various promotional offers or receiving product updates and we may not be able to provide you with the product, service or information you requested.


Collection of Personal Information

Your personal information is unknown to us unless you voluntarily submit it. When you register for one of our events or conferences, join our mailing lists or become our privileged customer, you may be asked for personal information such as name, telephone numbers, e-mail address, mailing address, security information (user name and password). You may also be asked additional marketing-related questions by completing questionnaires, surveys and profile data to help us better understand your needs and those of potential customers. You may also be requested to give your delivery and billing address, credit card number and expiration date when you place an order.


Limiting Collection, Use of Disclosure of Personal Information

We limit our collection of personal information to what is reasonable under the circumstances. Your data will only be used and disclosed for the purposes identified to you.


Retention of Personal Information

We keep your personal information as long as it is needed in order to fulfil the purposes to which you consented to and always for a reasonable period of time. We will make sure that your information is updated regularly, in order to maintain its accuracy and completeness.
