The NEW ICAO Model Flight Plan, as promulgated by the ICAO state letter AN 13/2.1-08/50 (25 June 2008) became fully applicable at 0001 UTC. 15 November 2012. On that basis, the OLD model Flight Plan has become obsolete and should no longer be used.
ICAO will continue to actively monitor the the use of the NEW FPL and will update this website as information comes forward.
