Aviation Training Centres (ATCs) who wish to subscribe to the ICAO Aviation Training Directory (ATD) must provide ICAO verifiable proof of government approval, to be uploaded with the online application form. Without such proof, the subscription with this ICAO service will not be processed. In the event your government does not provide such approval, please contact the ATD programme manager.

Instructions:

Step 1. Application Form:

• All ATCs must complete the application form and submit it online.

Step 2. Review process:

• All application forms will be reviewed by ICAO to determine if requirements are met.
• Upon completion of the review process, all applicants will receive a notification email.

Step 3. Registration Form:

• If approved, the ATC must complete the registration form included in the notification email.

Step 4. Payment:

• Once the registration form is processed, an invoice containing the various payment methods will be sent by email.
