ICAO will convene a Regional Aviation Security Conference on the Implementation of the ICAO Declaration on Aviation Security in Caracas, Venezuela, on 7 and 8 February 2012. The main objective of this conference is to review present and planned aviation security activities since the conclusion of the 37th Session of the ICAO Assembly. Delegations should be led at the Director General level to facilitate discussions on implementation matters. Presentations will be made by internationally recognized aviation security specialists from States, ICAO and international organizations.
